Our primary product line has been CVD SiC coated graphite for use in the epitaxy and wafer processing fields. We also supply coated products for the LED and PolySilicon industry.
Most products are coated with SiC to provide a stable substrate that will be able to withstand the extremely volatile environments of the wafer processing world. CVD SiC coated graphite is able to be etched free of process chemistry, leaving the substrate intact. CVD SiC is a clean room product that has a high Knoop strength and resistance to most Semiconductor process chemicals such as Acids and the like.
We also manufacture a wide variety of uncoated products that are used in Ion implant, Optical applications and many other Clean room based operations.
