Graphite Machining Services, Inc. is proud to have been a part of the initial wave of development in the PC, Semiconductor and Electronics field.
When we first started working in these fields we found that many people were in need of a fixture or a Jig that would not be damaged by High temperatures, Chemistry or direct flame, such is the case in Quartz welding. Over the past 10 years we have built and designed over 400 different types of specialized fixtures and jigs that were used in everything from Quartz welding to Hybrid Microcircuit assembly.
While most of the fixtures we manufacture have been made from Graphite and Aluminum, we have also used wood, Resin bonded Plastics, Composite materials, Ren Shape and Copper. All fixtures and Jigs are made around a specific application and a specific need for the tool.
